What can I say about South Bay Fleet without echoing what others have already said! The customer service John and Angelica provided was incredible. Prior to my slight fender bender, I was a bit anxious on where to go for repairs since you always hear horror stories on different repair shops. The team at South Bay were the absolute best who made the process so simple and understandable. Angelica was amazing as she helped me understand the process. Regarding timeline, I dropped my car off on a Monday and they were able to have it all done by THAT FRIDAY! They were that quick!!!! What I know is that in the event something happens in the future, god forbid, I will come to South Bay! They know their stuff and I am a happy customer!
